Jeniece Lee Labon, Ponca City resident, passed away at her home on Thursday, July 29, 2010. She was 37.
Jeniece was born on January 17, 1973 in Ponca City, Oklahoma the daughter of Richard Lee Tautfest Jr. and Sarah Ann Bennett. She grew up around the Ponca City and Marland area. Jeniece enjoyed listening to music, reading, working puzzles and dolphins. She loved visiting with her friends and would help anyone who needed it.
She is survived by her five children; parents; sister, Joy Cordova of Ponca City, Oklahoma; and friend, Amy Smith of Ponca City, Oklahoma and her three children, Damion, Dereck and Shayla Smith.
She is preceded in death by one child.
Casket bearers for the service will be Michael Labon, Dillon Labon, Jeremy Combs, Chuck Robbins, Chuck Robbins II, and Dalton Skrdla.
The graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 5, 2010 at Ceres Cemetery with Chaplain, Mike Sweetman, Hospice of North Central Oklahoma officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma, 1904 North Union, Ste. 103, Ponca City, Oklahoma 74601.
