Anita was born on January 27th, 1959 in Lyons Kansas to Margaret Clark. Anita spent the majority of her childhood in the Ponca City area. She met her husband Scott Lindell at a truck stop and the two were married in Brenham Texas on December 18th 1984. They created a life in West Point, Nebraska where she lived for many years. She was employed by the Omaha Tribe as a Family Support Specialist & was also appointed as a secretary for Lindell Trucking company. She enjoyed fishing, going to garage sales, playing bingo, listening to music, and participating in tribal activities in Macy, Nebraska.
Anita was a devoted mother, aunt, and grandma who found happiness in visiting with friends & family. She opened her heart and home to anyone in need. She had an ever lasting love for her cats. Anita will be remembered for her outgoing personality, wild spirit, and infectious laugh.
Anita is preceded in death by her husband Scott Lindell, brother David Kelly Clark, granddaughter Margaret Roy, and her fur baby Tiger Lindell.
Anita is survived by her daughter Anna Cheyenne Lindell, sisters Anna Roy and Eva Inez, brothers James “Jasper” Clark, John Eldridge, and Charlie Yoder, nephew Darrel Clark, niece Liz Roy, grandsons Mark Roy, Ezra Lindell, Noah Brodahl, Gabriel Dole, Seneca Roy, and granddaughters Jean Roy, Arlena Roy, Azriel Simpson and Scarlette Roy.
Pall Bearers will be Mark Roy, Seneca Roy, Lonnie Others, Ezra Lindell, Trelon Delodge, and Eagle Rhodd. Honorary Pall Bearers will be Gabriel Dole, Amos Simpson, Scotty Simpson, and Allen Park.
