It is with deep love and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Debby Ann Kelley, who left this world peacefully on June 22nd, 2026, with her family by her side. She was 74.
Born in Ponca City, OK., she grew into a woman defined by kindness, strength, and an unwavering devotion to the people she loved. Throughout her life, she embodied generosity—whether through a warm meal, a steady hand, or the quiet reassurance that everything would be alright.
She dedicated her days to her family; her greatest joy was always her son, daughter, her grandkids, and great grandchildren. She was a mother who listened without judgment, celebrated every victory, and offered comfort in every storm. Her wisdom, humor, and gentle spirit shaped the lives of all who knew her. She had a love for reading books, crafting and listening to her Elvis collection.
She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Knight, son Steve Kelley and wife Lori Kelley, brothers Delbert Fair Jr wife Beverly Fair, Kevin Fair wife Pat Fair, Nathen Fair wife Paula Fair. Granddaughter Chelsie Green husband Garrett Green, Elizabeth Smith husband Noah Smith, Tyler Knight and Great Grandkids Harlee Bolay, Hadlee Bolay, Gracely Green and Bryer Rose Smith, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts. She is preceded in death by the love of her life Roy Steve Kelley Sr., mother and father Delbert and Joy Fair, two sisters Diana Foy and Sherry Williams.
A service honoring her life will be held 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 27th, 2026, at Grace Memorial Chapel with burial at Resthaven Cemetery, Ponca City, OK. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Hospice of Northern Oklahoma, a reflection of her lifelong commitment to helping others.
Her legacy is one of love—quiet, steady, and enduring. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
