Florence Clark, 70. Our beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Sister passed away on September 10, 2026. Thursday, September Memorial 10, 2026 in the St Francis Ascension Hospital; in Wichita, KS. She was a member of the Ponca Tribe. Kitty was born on September 5, 1956, in Ponca City, OK to Emery Roy and Georgia Cries For Ribs Roy.
A traditional noon feast will be held at the Ponca Cultural Center on Sunday, September 13, 2026, followed by a 2 p.m. service. Pastor Jim White will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Ponca Indian Cemetery in Ponca City, OK. arrangements are under the care of Grace Memorial Chapel of Ponca City, OK. evening services are Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12 at 7 p.m.
Kitty married Emery Clark in 1983, She was a homemaker and loving mother, she enjoyed sewing, beading, and playing pool. She worked for 25 years at Kaw Southwest Bingo.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her children; Roger Friedman and wife Amy of Bartlesville, OK, Mark Clark, Candy Rose, Tammy Cling and husband, John, and Dana Clark all of Ponca City, OK. Grandchildren; Christian, Brison, Alora, Zioey, Penelope Friedman, Aaron Jr, Sandra, Florence LeClair, Shaylea LeClair, Akira Cling, Mikynleigh, Michael, AvereighAna, Eric Jr, Delaney, Kendrick, and Skylynn Clar. Also surviving is one Sister, Eraina Pappan and one brother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband, one brother, and one grandchild, Ayanna Clark.
