Helen Dugan

Helen Maureen Dugan, a cherished mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend passed away June 16th, 2025. Moe was born on April 10th in Long Beach, California she was a loving daughter to Helen & John Dugan.
She grew alongside her siblings Jack Dugan, Michael Dugan, and Daniel Dugan. She was the mother of three children. Joey Roubedeaux, Carrie Liby, and Nichole Roubedeaux of Red Rock, Ok Moe is survived by her daughter Nichole Roubedeaux, her two brothers Jack and Daniel Dugan. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren; Scott Smith, Analecia Roubedeaux, Aelaina Roubedeaux, Dominic Soliz, Athina Liby, Silas Roubedeaux. Her beloved great-grandchildren, Alayah Roubedeaux, Aubrey Cole, Addison Lewis, Zayden Roubedeaux, Jaydan Cole, Kiya Smith, Aares Roubedeaux, Avalina Veloz. Moe had bartending most her life at the Hootenanny, where she met some of her most cherished friends; her loved friends Pat Robison, Kathie Kooken, Inez Way & Susan Hapner. She also worked as a bus driver for a little time in her life, where she enjoyed every moment of it. She attended Westminster high school and graduated in 1969, Moe loved being with family making memories and having fun. She enjoyed watching her great-grandchildren play sports, and attend every event she could. She had a special relationship with each and every one of them that they cherish deeply. She had a good way of expressing her love to all of her family. She enjoyed garage sales, and gambling with her “best friend” Linda Phillips. She was preceded in death by her mother: Helen Dugan. Father: John Dugan, her two children: Joey Roubedeaux & Carrie Liby, brother: Michael Dugan and 3 grandchildren Sebastian Roubedeaux, Raemon Flores and Ian Roubedeaux Moe lived a crazy, fun, great life. She leaves behind a large number of very special people.

Helen wished were to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
