Jacqueline Payne

Jacqueline Lynn Payne passed away in the early hours of September 23, 2018. She was only 63 years old. She was born on August 31, 1955 to Marge Sue Vespier Smith and Verlan Smith of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Jackie attended Ponca City High School and had the great honor to be one of the first women to join ROTC in the nation. She was married to Terry Payne on June 26, 2005 here in Ponca City. Jackie was retired and enjoyed the outdoors. She had a passion for fishing, camping, and riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles. She was an avid enthusiast of gardening and caring for her beloved plants. Jackie was a headstrong woman whom would do anything for the ones she loved.
Jackie is survived by her husband Terry Payne, son Jeremy Parcell, Christi Gerstenkorn, five grandchildren Tyler and Trinity Parcell, Jacob, Skyler, and Bethany Kolb, and one great grandchild Hudson Kolb.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents and one daughter Charmayne Kolb.
