Ruth E Bloxsom Golay, 84, of Ponca City passed away at the Ponca City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on August 2, 1933 in Ponca City. She is survived by two sons,
Ricky Joe and David Ray Golay, as well as grandson Randy Golay, just to name a few. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Joseph R Golay. At this time, services are pending.
