Samuel Wilburt Warner (Butchy) 68, went to be with the Lord on April 2, 2021 in Ponca city, OK.

Sam was born on June 23, 1952 in Phoenix. AZ. Preceded in death by his parents and the love of his life Leitha Mae Bell.

Sam enjoyed hanging out with his family and friends and playing dominoes. Sam was always there to help those who needed a hand.

Loved by all who knew him, he will be deeply missed. Sam’s wishes were to be cremated and Those wishes have been entrusted to Grace Memorial Chapel.
