Vickie Lynn Delaney

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Vickie Lynn Delaney who passed away

peacefully on July 23, 2026 at the age of 75.

Born on September 6, 1950 in Ponca City, OK, Vickie lived a life filled with love, kindness,

and devotion to her family and friends. She was known for her compassionate heart, generous

spirit, and unwavering strength. Whether offering a listening ear, sharing a warm meal, or simply

making others smile, she touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose greatest joy was her

family. She cherished time spent with loved ones and created countless memories that will be

treasured forever. She also enjoyed gardening, playing Bingo with her late husband Richard

and going to the casino on the weekends with her daughter.

She is survived by her daughter Chelsy, stepdaughter Lisa, stepson Clancy as well as

numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in

death by her husband Richard, her parents Edward and Dovie Gildhouse, her brother

Leroy Gildhouse and her daughter Sherese Hilbert.

A viewing will be held on July 28, 2026 at Grace Memorial Chapel in Ponca City, OK.

Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate her life and honor the lasting impact she

made on so many.

Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in the love she shared and the legacy she leaves

behind. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
