Passage by her father;

Chantae had so many friends that loved her so much.

Chantae is and always will be in our hearts and minds.

Chantae devoted most of her adult life caring for her 3 girls.

Kaylee S. was born with physical issues and passed prior to her mothers passing. I am certain they are together talking, laughing, and taking walks together. Kaylee was in her 20's when she left us. Chantae took care of her every day of her life.

Chantae loved the Holidays. She would put on a feast for family and friends usually a cookout. On Halloween she would turn her home into a spook house. Christmas was lit up very nicely.

The only funny story I can think of right now. Chantae and I went below Kaw Dam to snag for Spoonbill. She snagged a big one and I was explaining what to do, when I noticed the big fish had came close to the sand bar downstream, I rushed to grab it but when I got close it took off, I looked up to see Chantae on her rear end reeling like crazy. The fish had turned upstream and she fell from the sudden slack. I'm sure she didn't think it to be funny but I sure did. The fish was longer than her. We placed it on some cardboard at Chantaes house and Chantae laid down beside it to take photos. I believe it weighed 65#. I can still remember the look on her face when she saw the fish.

I had spent some time with Chantae while she stayed at my residence. I will cherish those times forever.

Chantae was very artistic and made some things for us. Everything Chantae did was with mindful purpose.

We would compete watching Wheel of Fortune, Chantae almost always won.

Chantae put up some Christmas lights around our house and they are still there. I may never take them down.

Chantae just brightened up our lives so much. Chantae has done so much for us.

Her smiles and laughter will be missed so much. Our hearts have been broken.

I hope that her wishes will be followed.
